The Unwind - 80 min
To relax the mind and body, we begin with a guided meditation before moving into the flow of bodywork. This session includes the use of personalized acupressure to balance each client’s qi + sound healing to reduce stress and increase inner peace. Lastly, select an oracle or tarot deck to receive a mini reading.

Note, for your massage, you may choose either a 50-minute Shiatsu or reflexology treatment, or you may choose to have a full energetic treatment. With energy work, the focus is on harmony, compassion, and love. Polarity energy treatments include light touch and soft, gentle movement.
